loewe television manuals

How do I access the service manual for the a loewe TV. I just got it and the vertical is "bent" and driving me crazy. Any help ASAP would be great.....thanks.....Chris

Hi i need instruction to set my TV.I find Service Menu and i don't know how to set it.The problem is: my tv don't show the red colour.
