load data from one register to another ?

I need help, I want make circuit that will load or store data from one register to another register.
I am not sure that diagram is right.

How to add more registers ?

You will need a microcontroller for controlling data transfer to registers and managing the access of the said registers to the data bus.The microcontroller will be acting as a memory access controller,granting and removing access to the bus for the registers.
