Hi All,

If I want to use TSMC 0.25um CMOS to design logic gate, like inverter, nand ... How much of the load capacitor I should choose when I do the simulation? If I use 50 fF, is it reasonable?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Ususally TSMC provide Standart Cell Library for every process.
In this library you can find information about dynamic characteristic of standart cells for different loading.

It should be enough, if you don't use it as an output driver.
Just consider the line loading is ok.
