lms in two ADC in 8 bit resolution

In forum it is not difficult to find using LMS to filter unwanted noise , what about if I have two parallel ADC , one ADC for reference , the other ADC let it have unwanted noise output , Suppose I have a known un-noise matrix in [ 1 1 0 1 1 0 0 1] , a desired signal with noise matrix in [ 0 0 1 0 1 1 0 1] , what will be the matlab m file in LMS filter in order to filter the noise ???
