lmgrd daemon can't run up rightly, why?

I installed IC5033 and calibre based on Redhat 8.0 and I set these variable in ~/.cshrc:
setenv CDS_LIC_FILE /usr/ENG/lic/license.dat
setenv license_server earth
setenv CDS_INST_DIR /tools/cadence
setenv LM_LICENSE_FILE /usr/ENG/lic/mg.dat:/usr/ENG/lic/license.dat
setenv MGC_HOME /tools/calibre/ixl_cal_2003.4_9

then
$>source ~/.cshrc
$>nohup /tools/cadence/tools/bin/lmgrd -c /usr/ENG/lic/license.dat > \
$>/usr/tmp/license.log

But the lmgrd daemon cannot run up rightly. I check the file '/usr/tmp/license.log' and get these info:

I refer to separated license file for several tools and give them different port, I cannot check any question. What should I do now?

license files have conflicting port numbers

Problem: 2 license file using the same port number cause confliction
Solution: Combine them in one license file or change the port number fifferently

lmgrd daemon

But why should I do so? Normally they need not to have the same port number or combine them. I wanna to know the reason. Thanks for your help!
