Hello everybody. I am trying to interface LM34 via ADC0804 to microcrtroller. It is showing temperature on LCD but the problem is that i m not getting a stable value. for example the temperature of my room is 80 F but the project is continuously showing changing values, it is switchingrapidily from 77 to 85. What should I do. I used mazidi for programming and interfacing of lm34 with 0804. Please help to figure it out or i m goona mad :(

You get readings which vary rapidly a few units above and below the correct one.

Sounds like 60 cycle hum could be getting into the system.

Are the sensor leads as short as possible? Are they shielded?
