if (-) input is higher than (+) input, will the output transistor turns on or off ?
{ for example (-) is +2 V and (+) is +1 V }

Inverted input high >> output low ( output transistor conductive = output low )
Non-inverted input high >> output high ( output transistor non-conductive = output high )
