lithium ion battery model

I am looking for an easy understanding but also reliable Model of a Lithium-Ion battery.

Needful would be the paper: "Dynamic Lithium-Ion battery model for system simulation" by L. Gao, S. Liu an R. Dougal.

Where can I get a copy of this or similar papers (for free)?
