Does anybody know about any Linux native IDE for developing ARM programs.
I recently switched to Linux and now i'm in the process of finding tools for programming ARM.
On Windows i was working with IAR but there is no Linux version of it and i was unable to run it under WINE.
This is interesting as i'm already using Eclipse for JAVA development.
And could you advise me about a programmer that would work with such setting(Eclipse + gcc). Should i buy such a device or maybe build one.
So far i was playing with Luminary Micro ARM microcontrollers(under IAR). I was using one of their dev boards and the programming was performed using FTDI chps(USB to Serial). Can i use the same method with Eclipse? I must say that i still not know much about about these different programming methods.
