Nexxim

Hi all,

I would recommend Nexxim.

It includes a strong harmonic balance solver and a transient solver that is faster than HSPICE and in addition is optimized for S-parameters and W-elements. Both solvers use the same models and netlist (HSPICE compatible) for the simulation.

Nexxim Overview

Nexxim Whitepaper (15 pages)

For a proper disclosure I work with the Israeli distributor of Ansoft in Israel.

Regards,
Itai
