what is meant by quasi linear amplifiers? or what is the difference between linear amplifiers and quasi linear amplifiers?

The term "quasi" comes from the latin and means "almost". It's used to say that the non-linearities of the amplifier are small enough to be neglected.

Thanks albbg,
and i read the term in the topic RF amplifiers of book The Design of CMOS Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits by Thomas H. Lee
