Hi everybody,
I don't understand some conventions in CST, regarding the waveguide port excitation.
Let's suppose I have a coplanar waveguide that I want to study. I define two waveguide ports at the extremes of the waveguide and I start the simulation.
If I check the results, I see the so called Line impedance. With respect to the figure in attachment, that should be the most general s-parameter measurement setup, what is for cst the line impedance?
Referring to the figure, is zg=z1 and z2=zL in CST?

Thank You

Alberto
