Liberate characterization

Hi,

I want to characterize an inverter cell using 7nm finfet devices in Liberate.
Currently my liberate tool runs with the spice and model files for 180nm.

Can someone guide me to make the necessary changes to characterize FINFET cell.

ehhhh there are many steps to make sure you are making a GOOD characterisation
but in general all you need to do is point out to the right spice model files for the 7nm tech instead of 180. do you have those?

I have tried with a FINFET inverter netlist and 7nm PTM model files. But Liberate is throwing errors while reading template file..
Do you have liberate collateral files needed for this characterization?

what collateral files? if the tool doesn't take the spice model, you are doomed from the start. go through the errors and see if it is fixable would be my suggestion.
