LG flatrom 21" insufficient brightness

I have a lg colour tv with increasing and decreasing brightness of picture and raster continuosly.


I checked video out put section. All cathodes are getting correct voltages. Screen grid also getting correct voltage. Base voltages of video drive transisters is alo ok.

What to do with this problem.

Please help me. Thanking you
 

Which model is it ?

Does it have a Dynamic/ Automatic brightness feature ? If so, then maybe this feature is malfunctioning and you need to disable it.

Or possibly a Power Saver option which kicks in at times.
