Output area of horizontal side is faulted like HOT or FBT.

hi i suspect the power supply,check ur B+ is either high than normal so ov(over voltage protection) triggers it to standby or the xray protection as imran99 said.Remove the hot and connect a bulb between c and gnd,the check B+ supply.good luck.
