hi
I am thinking about level sensor for dangerous area like steel melting & ... , by image processing technology.
Is there any Idea, suggest or projects ?
thanks

Interesting concept. I think that the details will vary a lot from project to project, depending on the material, whose level needs to be measured and the position of the camera.

By the way, Here's another good place to post your question: **broken link removed**

By the way (again), there are other non-contact methods for level measurement, such as ulrtasound for example. Here's a list of common level sensing principles: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Level_sensor
