Hello, I'm a newcomer and I'm interested in InAlGaN Light-emitting diode simulation in Synopsys Sentaurus TCAD and i would like to find people for discussing and experience exchange. Especially I would like to know more about Localized QW Model (QWLocal) and get some advice and tips about simulating III-nitride quantum well LEDs.
