Hi

I use Cree Led on my PCB 12serial apr.36V . I want to protect it to ESD and high vltage such as voltage surges so can i use TVS for it Y capacitor. How can i solve anybody advice

An essential information, not provided: Are you driving the LED array with a continous current or pulsed ?

In general a series ferrite bead with a parallel capacitor suffices for most cases, but it is just a general tip which could not be suited to some level of ESD.
