I am using a photodiode for one of my application. I need to change the intensity of the LED.

How can I control the same

I am connecting the Anode to 3.3V via a resistor (Value not sure)

The specs of LED is as below

Are there any ICs thats 1 bit Constant-Current LED Sink Driver

An LED does not need a constant current if its supply voltage does not change, a resistor will provide it with a constant current. The value of the resistor is simply calculated with Ohm's Law, but the forward voltage of the LED has a very wide range from 0.9V to 1.3V so you might need to measure it first.
