Hi friends,
we are manufacturing LED street lights and found, after the 1 years , drivers are failure, LED flickering issue.
if you know what will be cause of failure please suggest. We want to make LED drivers with 5 years warranty
at economical price, do you know on which platform / chip i should use.
Please suggest

You need to open one up and see what has failed. Usually, failures like that occurring after a long time of operation are due to electrolytic capacitors drying up. The only solution is to use a better type with a longer life rating and at least 105C temperature rating.
