learn c for micro

Hi,
Has any one got any good sites or help files for programming PIC's in C
I am totally new to programming and have been experimenting with programming
in Assembler with an old PIC tutor board but really need to learn C programming.
thanks.

I recommend you PIC BASIC PRO, the c compilers has a lot of bugs.

Sorry but I can not agree with you. There are a few very good C compilers for the PIC around.

@BD
look for example here:

best regards

If you are refering to the CCS and Hitech compiler, they have a lot of bugs. It is ok if you like C++ but after i tryed PBP i love it.

Hi all

I suggest C compilers than C++ which is not nessary for a PIC controller
I suggest CCSC compiler Eventhough thay have some bugs its comfortable for a beginer. In this world nothing is perfect.

Regards
Gopi
