LDO stability and not constant ESR value

Hi
I'mtrying to stable my LDO but when i want use out capcitor model I little confused
According to Murata capacitor model ESR changing from 0.01 to q ohm at freq

what value of ESR i should input to my stability simulation

Use min and max values, it should be stable in both cases.
