LCR Meter : Need Reviews for Agilent Tech U1733C

I was planning to buy a LCR Meter. I came across Agilent U1733C. Any suggestions if I should go with this one? Or any other better options with similar cost?

What are you requirements / needs?

Its most of a Hobby purpose. I would be making some smps or booster circuits and things like that to support my power requirements. And may be some RF as well later on
