LCD memory mapped interface with 8051--- urgent!!!

memory mapped lcd

I am using LM032L with 89C55 microcontroller.
I have to interface the lcd without using any of the i/o ports of the 89C55.
I have to interface the lcd at a memory address (say F000). [/b]
I am facing a problem in generating the Enable, R/W, signals of the LCD.
I connected R/W to RD' of 89c55 and Enable to memory decoding circuit.
The simulation in Proteus is saying that the 'time-step is too small'.
Please help!!!

Try to run the microcontroller with "slower" clock, say, 4MHz ..

Use separate pin for read and write.
only data will be latched through ppi.
