lcd interface with pic16f877a

I have interface lcd with pic16f877a on port b . In simulation it is working but in hardware it is not schematic and code with pcb i am attaching View attachment part.rar find reason. Fast if possible

You don't have to use pullup/pulldown resistors on lcd lines. Post the full code? Where is TRIS settings for PORTB?

Your code works ok, just your design, Pin1 must be tied to +5v
