i know someone in this forum also have bough this type of lcd..
can some check for me whether the R8 is there or not..this is what i mean..
i dont have the R8 resistor..is that any efect?
 

The manufacturer use R7 or R8 according to the Back-light LED Panel Polarity so user has to do nothing.
