lc vco - decreasing phase noise

I have to work with this topology for vco and i want to decrease it's phase noise.
can anyone help me?

Hi,

I'm not an expert but I think you first have to choose if you want to use a nmos, a pmos or a cmos LC vco.

Pmos vco have a better phase noise than nmos vco.
