Could you prove the contribution of a corner square=1/2 square(resistor).

Dear All,

Anybody can help me about sheet resistance problem.
Why layout corner sheet resistance is 0.612 square for calibre xrc or 0.56 square for dracula.

The result is made by experience.
You can trust either of them.
But none of them is accurate.
