Layout File from Cadence (Dracula)

hello,
once i have processed my layout file *.gdsii with my ecad file, i obtain for each layer a file 9*.DAT, like for layer metal 1 9m1.dat
Normally this file can be easily convert to cif, but i don t manage.
I can't find the syntax of these files *.DAT.
Does anybody how to use these files.
Please i need this information.
