Laser cutting machine can not cut through the metal sheet

Hi Expert,
We have a problem with laser cutting machine (LC1325M), it cannot cut through the metal sheet.


How to figure out the problem?

"Metal" can have quite different absorbtion@wavelength
depending on -which- metal. Might try a "known good"
sample material (type, thickness) and settings to see if any
material can be cut.

I'd think there ought to be some sort of laser power
monitor that you could inspect to be sure that there's
anything coming out of the "business end". If not a
piece of dark colored paper might do.
