laptop-Graphic chip failure

Hi,
why last two years many laptop graphic chip failure? it's because of new operating system use? over heat environment? manufacturing default?............;-)

over heating.....get it to a professional repair service center...or have experience in bga reflowing ........search reflow/reball

when i re flow the graphic card it's working fine in a day.after one or 2 days same problem repeat back again.it's worth it re balling graphic chip?.

now i5, i7 laptops comes with intel display chip.which is better nvidia/ati or intel ?
