lange coupler for hugh power

hello all
I'm looking for info about the max power that i can put into coupler, for any load.
i can design it on barilyum. so my problem is the max voltage that will not make a problem

i'm working at s band,

There are max current as appears in the design rules of the technology you work with. For example 3 µ thickness gold on MMIC can hold about 10mA per 1 µ line width.

i can handele with the current. (it's make heat, and have a good heat transfer at the subs, )
the problem is voltage link between the "fingers" of the lange coupler
