Laker exit problem - license error: 0x3f1

Hi:
When I start Laker,then there is an message

" The PseudoColor mode is not available under current setting. Switch to use
TrueColor mode
*** Limitation: Blinking is not supported under TrueColor mode.
Feature "Laker_L3" checked out successfully"


OK, forget it . Just stream in my GDS file anyaway. Doing my project.
There is very high probability to exit program when I edit my project.
And its message is as following

" *ERROR* License Error: 0x3f1 ,Contact custom support. Program will new
exit."


Any one know what's happening ?
 

blinking is not supported under truecolor mode

The program is complaining about a license issue. Have you tried to contact customer support?

"License: Error, 0x3f1" means that the HOSTID type of the first line (SERVER hostname HOSTID port) is wrong. Please contact the vendor to get a legal license.

"License rror" 0x3e9 .....

Your color depth is not 8bit, So you get first warning .
Which platform do you use?

My Playform is RED HAT 8.0
