L3, L4 and L5 - what these inductors are doing?

I need help figuring out what these inductors are doing on the circuit schematic.

I am particulary interested in L3, L4 and L5. I heard the term "choke" but am not sure how that apply here.
 

Re: circuit purpose

May be L4 and L5 was used to realize impedance matching (antenna match), about L3 this can act as r.f. choke then as a block for the high frequency component.
