I use JupiterXT to analyse IR in 2 stages: PowerNetwork finished, but before place;Post-Route

There is an "Extraction Option" with 2 option in JupiterXT:
1. Create Virtual Rails for Std Cell Pin Connection
2. Ignore CONN View Layers

I think I should open the first option in stage 1, and close it in stage 2; option 2 always closed.

Is this right?

Analysing the result, I found if I close option 1 in stage 1, the result will be nearer to the result of stage 2. How does this happen?
