xc3s250e jtag programming

Dear all,

I have spartan 3E starter kit , and another FPGA board which i used xc3s250E in it,
how can i program my board using the JTAG interface ? can i use my starter kit as a JTAG interface ... ? how ?
if no, what is the easiest way to make a jtag progamming cable which works with xilinx ISE software too ... ?

Try to connect your board with starter kit in a daisy chain fashion.
other optioni is to make a parallel cable.
