JTAG software

Hi,

Can any tell which is free software available to write into RAM of XSCALE270 using JTAG unsing parallel port ?

Hmm, that is an interesting question, I dont remember JTAGs writing into RAMs. What are you currently using to write into the Flash?

Hi,

Using JTAG , I did flashing into boot flash. System is not booting up. I have doubt in memory interface. I want to write something into RAM using JTAG and verify that what ever is written so that I can find errors in RAM interface such as shorts, open etc.


Can any one suggests software available with parallel port interface to do the above task ?
