Hi

Upto second block, on the encoder side, it is the encoding of the image using jpeg codec. And after that it is related to the transmitter design.

Similarly on the receiver side, the last two stages are related to decoding. And the earlier stages are related to receiver design.

I can help with the jpeg encoding/decoding.
But not with the next part
