Hello All,
I am currently pursueing Master in Engineering with specialization in Microwave Communication & Antenna Propagation. Right now I am doing my Mtech intership at NCRA-TIFR in Antenna Mesh Analysis. Before coming to masters course I didn't plan anything as such about going to Phd or job in any particular field but now after one year of studies I got interest in Antennas & Wave Propagation.
My dilemma is I willn't get a direct job in RF domain as no campus recruiter comes to our college of such profiel. If I chose to go Embedded or VLSI or IT field..options are many...but I am not inclined to do so...unless I lose all my hopes to get a job in Antenna Design. I want your sincere advice on what should I do.? I have almost 0% chnace of getting a job in Antenna Design as of today by direct recruitment. I have heard that Antenna design is more kind of research job than industry job.If it so,shall I opt for PHd somwhere..in Antenna design...Like Ohio State..or do you people know anything better..???
Please guide me on this...am getting more and more confused day by day.
Thank you.

If you search on the web, you will see that there are a lot of companies, which they design antennas, microwave engineering and circuits, etc
Good luck in your job hunting
