Jobs for Semiconductor Process Technologists in India

Anyone who has any information on how to contact recruters for semiconductor technolgists in India. ISMC in Hyderabad is setting up a fab there. I would like to move to India if suitable openigns come by. Currenlty employed in the same industry in US

Semiconductor process tech, jobs are very few in India.
Currently only 2 or 3 companies work into it and oppurtunities are very limited.
And the Fabcity in Hyderabad is still not out of political and other formal obstacles and should easily take more 2-3 years for it to be running.

But , yeah in coming few years , it seems, the demans should increase.
