I have heard that job market is picking up, more calls, and more recruiters calling people and companies hiring... is this true around the world for analog/mixed signal and RFIC?

Please discuss!
 

Is much better than 3 years ago, if this is what you mean. But you still have to fight a little and put some time in a job search, is not like they break the door.
