Hi every one
How can I import JFET characteristics (Idss; Vp) in Pspice?
thank

There are many discrete JFET devices with models available.
I've found PSpice libraries on the 'net. You can't "import" the
datasheet attributes, per se, but you can fit the model params
without much work (though some, like I recall "alpha" can be
a bit tricky and make the model work badly if mis-fit).

These days most mfrs provide models for parts they sell;
have you looked to see whether the model you want
exists already? Or shopped the vendors who do a good job
of providing models, for a device that looks like a good
enough match to the one you're looking at?
