It's a Ghost Forum, a Day of Strange Occurrences!

Is there a software upgrade taking place with the forum software?

The past twelve hours or so has been rather interesting with:

Now you see them, now you don't postings.

Old pages clearly from the past being displayed as if they were current.

Receiving notices of private messages, but click on the link and there no new messages.

Nobody currently listed as using the forum except myself.

I've experienced these events on several systems, including my android phone.

All of us have the same problems, the messages and PM are shown then disappear , users are not shown in the first page...
We have contacted Gulson and we are waiting for his answer...

Yes currently we have some problems as Alex explained and will be fixed all of them soon

You may have this experience and wait until we catch the ghost with your support and fix the strange behavior in the forum :sad:

New posts will appear if you refresh the page - but it also seems to reset all topics to 'been read' state as well !

I ran some checks on the Android Phone without errors as well. Looks like things are back to normal.

i too having the same problem.

i cannot log into edaboard for the last 24 hours.

once i log in, the page gets refreshed and then the page shows i am not logged in.

Is this the same problem that everyone is affected with?

Hi Gulson,

There still seems to be an error when making new posts to existing threads. The post is actually made, however the Reply interface usually comes back with an error stating you need to resubmit in a specified number of seconds. I'm using a Firefox browser and this issue didn't exist several days ago and most likely accounts for multiple postings of the same reply which I've seen with some regularity of the past couple of days.

I also logged off, flushed the browser cache and logged back in, maybe that will clear things up.
