Hi,

I am new to microcontrollers and embedded programming and I am currently working with a Luminary Micro Stepper Motor Control board.

I need to send it commands through the serial interface (I am connected to it through USB) but I do not know how I would go about doing that. I read somewhere that you have to use a serial communication program to send data using binary files, but I was hoping if someone could guide me in the right direction.

Thanks!
