isolated offline smps

hello,

i am doing an isolated offline smps with UC2825 PWM controller.

I am just wondering how to drive the UC2825 from the opto (4N35)

I am wondering if i can connect 5V to the error amplifier output (pin 3 ) and then connect the collector of the opto transistor to pin3 and the opto-transistor's emitter to ground?

Any thoughts gratefully appreciated.
