ISE6.1 doesn't contain IP Coregen ?

After installing iSE6.1 and its SP 1,2,3 . There is NO IP Core Generator
Can I install it alone ? or there is some thing wrong with 6.1 ?
can you give a hand ?

Maybe it is dumb question, but do you have the WebPack or the Standard ISE? Because Webpack does not come with the CogeGen as it is explained in:

CoreGen is not on the installaiton CD (as of 4.2, the last ISE I used professionaly), so you may need to look for the second CD in the package and install it from there.

Seconding Farhada, ISE Webpack does not include CORE Generator.
CORE Generator comes with ISE BaseX, ISE Foundation and ISE Alliance for which you have to pay.
