ISDN U INTERFACE POWER SUPPLY RANGE....?

Hi,
i need to design a U interface ISDN channel (LT).
does someone know what is the power that should be supplied to the remote end (NT1),in case of power failuire acording to the spec....?

I think that powering of NT1 is the same, voltage depend on provider and can be up to 96V. However during power failure is polarity behind NT1 changed and power is about 300mW.
