ISD25120 play previous message

Hi

how can I play previous message in ISD25120?
In first I count number of message that save in this IC ,for this I use fast forward play mode of this ic . and I power down and power on this ic for reset.

I save the current place of this message that be played. and for previous message I reset isd and change to M0 mode for fast forward playing. and after I go to requested message I change to normal playing but it doesnt play any message.
what can I do for it?
