Hi,
Both are the very hot career right now and future predication is both the industry will boom .But the choice depends upon u .If u r really interested in doing programming stuffs then embedded is the right option or if u want to grow ur knowledge in cmos digital electroncs , processor stuffs then vlsi is the right option .
