Is this chart working as repeater/buffer???

This is a chart with 2 transistors. I found the opposite sheme for inverter with 2 transistors, so I change the places of the transistors and I think it must be a repeater, but I`m not sure. I need a repeater only with transistors(without pull-up or pull-down resistors). Is my chart OK???

Yes, that will work as a unity gain buffer. Output voltage = input voltage.
